“This is a wonderful gem of an experience on Coronado. We were the first to get a patio table since they reopened the patio due to the COVID Pandemic and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel safe and appreciated.
We sampled a little bit from all across the menu and were absolutely blown away by the creativity, freshness, and flavor in every bite. With six year old twins who can be picky eaters the experience for them was also incomparable. Their teriyaki bento boxes were devoured completely and because the sushi was crafted so beautifully the kids stepped out of their “California roll comfort zone” and tried just about everything else.
We can’t wait to return to San Diego and visit again. Well done and keep up the great work!”
“We are camping in Silver Strand State Beach and were craving sushi. This restaurant was rated well on Yelp and glad that they had outdoor dining. We visited Hotel del Coronado, watched the sunset, and ate early dinner. We lucked out that we were seated at the corner and had a view of the ocean. We didn’t know about their special from Monday to Thursday of buy one/get one free of Oshi. We had never had Oshi and we ordered salmon & ebi. They were delicious and we also had the Coronado roll. We enjoyed our food and service.”

“This place is a hidden gem and their sushi is the best I’ve ever had in San Diego. The ambiance here is unmatched- the music is great and the view is gorgeous.
My friend and I came here recently and we got the Hotel Del roll, the 3 Amigos roll, and their nigiri set. Their food was delicious and their plates were beautifully presented, just like how it is on their Instagram page. We enjoyed every last bite as everything tasted fresh and carefully curated. Our server was Kathy, she was very sweet, attentive, knowledgeable, and made our experience here fantastic! The chefs here are super friendly as well.
